I know this pain because I have lived it.

When I suddenly lost my dad, my world shattered. He was my rock, and without him, I felt completely lost. I know what it’s like to feel lost, heartbroken, and completely overwhelmed.

But over time, through my own grief journey, I learned that it’s possible to survive the storm. It’s possible to cope, recover, and find peace again, even if our new world looks different than before.


This guide is my gift to you by offering you a hand to hold through the hardest time. To let you know that you’re not alone, and to help you find light in the darkness and a new normal, at your own pace. Your grief is valid, your feelings are real, and you deserve support.
